The following EventReady protocols, including critical RoomReady Checklist, were developed to provide a consistent standard of meeting & events Cleanliness.

Mask Protocols
- Masks are currently worn by all staff members.
- Guests who are fully vaccinated may choose to wear a mask or to not wear a mask, however, all guests who have not been vaccinated will be required to wear a mask indoors.
- Masks are not required outdoors for any guest.

- If condiments and garnishes are made available for guest consumption, minimum par levels must be maintained according to demand. Condiments sanitized regularly.

Room Ready Checklist & Operating Protocol
The following EventReady protocols, including critical RoomReady Checklist, were developed to provide a consistent standard of meeting & events Cleanliness.
- Begin Checklist: Event Ready Assessor to begin ChickList (manually or online) including required fields & details for each event
- 16 touchpoints: EventReady Assessor to inspect & confirm RoomReady High Impact Touchpoints Checklist completed
- Submit Form: Assessor to complete RoomReady form and submit final notes to Hotel Leadership & Event Planner manually or online.
- CleanStay Seal: Assessor secures event space with CleanStay seal on primary event room door. Seals are not intended for all entries/exits.
- Secure Room: Once event room is sealed, access should be limited to critical needs designated Team Members to ensure room maintains secure.
- Assist Event: EventReady Assessor & Hotel Team to assist Event Planner and ensure all attendees remain safe.
